Our engineers have one aim — to ensure our customer’s machines are kept in good working order, so that the very best is achieved from our coffees.

Espresso machines should be serviced at least once a year to ensure maximum efficiency. If your espresso machine cannot be serviced on site we will be happy to lend you a replacement machine while yours is being serviced (given prior notice).

Café Maison engineers also offer complimentary staff training and a cleaning manual for all of our customers.
